Hi, I'm Dagmara.

I'm a registered dietitian with a clinical background and a practical approach to nutrition counseling. I believe nutrition education should be clear, supportive, and realistic — not rigid or judgmental.

My goal is to help patients understand the "why" behind nutrition recommendations and turn those recommendations into small, doable steps that fit their lives.

Whether I'm explaining protein needs, building a simple meal plan, or helping someone feel less overwhelmed by nutrition information, I focus on clarity, compassion, and sustainable progress.
